Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These terms govern your use of SVG Pattern, the pattern generator available at svgpattern.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Oleh Zybailov, individual entrepreneur (ФОП Зибайлов Олег Олександрович), registration number 2010350000000171228, vul. Yarmarkova 59, Oleksandriia, Kirovohrad Oblast, 28008, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

1. What the Service does

SVG Pattern generates vector patterns in your browser. You choose a pattern type, adjust its parameters, optionally supply your own SVG outline as a mask and a raster image as a density map, and export the result as an SVG file.

All generation happens locally in your browser. Files you load as a mask or density map are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

2. Free use and paid exports

Generating and previewing patterns is free and unlimited. Exporting an SVG file consumes one credit. Credits are purchased in advance; a lifetime purchase grants unlimited exports.

Credits are tied to the email address used at purchase. There is no password and no account to create. Anyone who knows that email address can spend the credits associated with it, so treat it accordingly.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money outside the refund terms described in our Refund Policy.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s own terms apply to the transaction and are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is determined and collected by Paddle based on your location.

4. Rights in the patterns you create

Patterns you generate and export are yours. We claim no ownership over them and place no restriction on their use, including commercial use, resale of derived work, and use in client projects.

The geometry is generated procedurally by algorithms; it is not sampled from third-party artwork. You remain responsible for any content you supply — if you upload a mask or density map that you do not have the rights to use, that is on you, not on us.

5. What you may not do

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will make a reasonable effort to give advance notice to holders of unused credits and lifetime purchases, and to offer a remedy proportionate to what was paid and left unused.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting purchases already made will not be applied retroactively.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.

10. Contact
