Refund Policy

The generator is free to use without paying anything. You can build a pattern, zoom into it and see exactly what you would get before you ever reach the checkout. Please do that first — it is the best way to avoid needing this page at all.
Who processes refunds
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Refunds are issued by Paddle, back to the original payment method. You can request one directly from Paddle at paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or by writing to us at [email protected] and we will start it for you.
When we refund
Unused credits — 14 days, no questions
If you bought credits and have not spent any of them, you can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not have to give a reason.
Partially used credits — pro rata, 14 days
If you have spent some credits, we refund the unused portion at the price you paid per credit, within 14 days of purchase. For example: you bought the 5-credit pack for $5 and used two credits — the refund is $3.
Lifetime licence — 14 days
A lifetime purchase is fully refundable within 14 days if you have exported no more than three files. Beyond that we will look at it case by case; if the product is genuinely not what was described, we will refund it.
Something was broken
If an export failed, produced a corrupted file, or a credit was deducted without you receiving anything, tell us and we will restore the credit or refund it — whichever you prefer. This is not limited to 14 days, and it is not conditional on how many credits you have used. Bugs are our problem, not yours.
When we normally do not refund
- Credits that have been spent and delivered a working SVG file, past the pro-rata window above.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago where nothing was broken.
- Cases where the exported file is technically correct but you changed your mind about the design — the free preview shows exactly what you are buying before payment.
“Normally” is doing real work in that heading. If your situation is reasonable and does not fit neatly above, write to us. We would rather refund a borderline case than argue about a few dollars.
Consumer rights in the EU and UK
Digital content is normally exempt from the 14-day statutory withdrawal right once delivery has begun with your express consent. We do not rely on that exemption for unused credits: the policy above is offered on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
How long it takes
Paddle typically processes an approved refund within 3–5 business days. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and can take a further few days.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us or Paddle before opening a chargeback — it is faster for you and far cheaper for us. Accounts associated with a chargeback may have remaining credits suspended until the dispute is resolved.
